How do I know if I have a profile?

If you have a profile you should have been contacted around the first of July with details on how to sign in. If you have not received this information it is possible that your company are no longer a part of the community (you can check this by searching for your company in the search bar above) or we do not have you listed against your current company.

My company has a page on the site but I have not received an email

If you have not received your login details despite your company having a listing it means we do not have you registered against your company – we can resolve this for you, please send an email to George at and we will get you up and running!

My company does not have a page on the website

This means that your company is not currently a member of the Rail Alliance community. The good news is we are offering Silver membership for free until at least the first of September 2020 so you can sign up today to get started!

Can I view webinar content without being registered or signed in?

No, you must be signed up to the Rail Alliance community to attend any of our live in person or digital events or to view our pre recorded sessions – it is currently free to do so and signing up is by no means a commitment for future payments so you can try the platform before deciding whether or not it is right for you!
