The rail industry faces a daunting challenge to recruit and train new staff to fill a skills gap and will have to attract and re-skill adult workers from other industries and possibly other countries. This event has been arranged to enable you to find out about the government services and support that are available to help your company to get the training, advice and support you need. A major new initiative within this area will be unveiled during this event.
