We are an independent company, limited by guarantee and without share capital; in essence we are owned by you, our membership. Our aim is to help you do business in the sector. You will be aware of the fact that we are a new organisation and that as such we are only just putting our structures in place. We have a small full time team whose details you will find on our website. We are however looking for volunteers to put themselves forward for membership of the Council, who will act as our Management Board. I am looking to get a balanced representation of sectors and company sizes so please consider putting yourself forward. We do not anticipate it being an onerous task and hope that you will recognise that this is a truly unique opportunity to help forge a lasting and successful, world class organisation.
