Established in 1998 Phoenix Tavinor has wide and varied experience as sub contract manufacturers and have gained an enviable reputation for customer care, our commitment to quality is to be found at all stages of production, from initial concept with user and producer involvement, to design through to manufacture and sample production.
Design is a key first stage in ensuring all required parameters are achieved, CAD terminals networked together and interfaced with production and operated by experienced tool designers help achieve this end.
Manufacturing is planned and streamlined to utilise the production facilities to there best advantage all CNC equipment has links to design and CAM information. The philosophy of detailed planning at each stage gives credibility to our pledge of maintaining required delivery schedules this brings our customers back on a regular basis and our on-going investment in people, plant and equipment ensures our competitive edge.
