As our company name suggests our team of skilled and experienced press service engineers are able to carry out all type of service be it Full Reconditioning and Refurbishment to Manufacturers Original Specifications or as in retro-fitting of new clutch and brake assemblies complete re-design. This is backed by extensive manufacturing facilities including machining, assembly, electrical and control panels build and test. The machine shop facilities at our base in Tipton are available for the re-machining of existing components and the manufacture of replacement and spare parts. We can Routinely Maintain equipment using our established planning and preventative maintenance system or as often happens Effect Emergency Repairs to get you back into production. The benefits being thereafter planning to affect complete Permanent Repair. We offer a Full and Comprehensive Back Up Service.

Company history
MPPS has been established for over 20 years and employees around 20 people. The aim of Midland Power Press Services Ltd is to provide a comprehensive support and services to the Power Press, Metalworking and Allied Industries.
The company was initially established by the Company MD, Mr Robert Crow, as a one man concern. Upon the joining of the Company Secretary, Mrs J Stevenson, it progressed over the years into a thriving company employing a variety of highly skilled engineers and machinists.
Today, the MD is still very much a hands-on member of staff and he prefers to put his skills to use inside the factory. He uses his extensive engineering knowledge to the advantage of the company and is adept to modifying customers existing machinery to meet their every changing needs.
Mrs J Stevenson looks after the day to day running of the business. She also possesses a great understanding of the industry and is responsible for the processing of jobs and the organisation of the service engineers. She is the point of contact for new and existing customers.
Paul Crow & Simon Crow are following in their father’s footsteps and with the help of Luke Porter in the office these are further points of contact.
