STAINLESS-STEEL FLEXIBLE CONDUIT SYSTEM
The LTPSS stainless-steel flexible conduit system is helically wound with oil resistance and high-temperature PVC smooth cover. It is ideal for outdoor applications where high corrosion resistance and liquid tightness are requirements. Features include:
  • High mechanical strength
  • Good flexibility
  • IP rating of IP66 + IP67+ IP68 (5bar)
  • Smooth
  • Wipe-clean outer cover that does not wrinkle when bent
  • Temperature range of -20°C to +105°C
  • Resistance to oils and greases
  • UV resistance and suitability for external use
  • Stainless-steel (316) inner core

LOW FIRE HAZARD CONDUIT SYSTEMS
LFH conduit systems are becoming an increasing part of the specification in many cabling applications. Public buildings, retail outlets, high-rise office blocks, hospitals and transport installations are just a few instances where LFH products may be demanded.
 
Low fire hazard systems are required to protect personnel and property in the event of a fire and may be demanded by specifiers, occupiers, fire services or even insurers.
 
Our galvanised steel LFHU coated flexible steel conduit is helically wound. It is ideal for railway tunnels and public and commercial buildings, and features:
  • High mechanical strength
  • High flexibility
  • IP54 rating with standard fittings
  • IP65 with type C compression fittings
  • Extra low fire hazard (LFH)
  • UL 94 V0
  • Halogen, sulphur and phosphorus free
  • Full compliance to LUL Std 2-01001-002:A1
  • Temperature range of -25°C to +90°C
  • Nickel plated brass fittings

 

NYLON FPR FLEXIBLE CONDUIT SYSTEM
The FPR flexible conduit system is standard weight nylon (highly flame-retardant PA6) corrugated flexible conduit, ideal for overground and underground railways, and public buildings. Advantages include:

  • High impact strength and recovery if crushed
  • Temperature range of -40°C to +120°C (-20°C to +100°C for moving applications)
  • UL recognised
  • Lloyd's Register type approval
